Salt water refining
Inorganic membrane brine refining solution (CBS process) is a mature process that can provide you with stable and reliable brine for a long time. It is an advanced process choice for chlor-alkali enterprises. It takes advantage of the characteristics of inorganic membranes and inorganic materials, and adopts the “cross-flow” filtration method, which makes it applied in the process of brine refining. It has other refining and filtration technologies that are difficult to achieve the effects and advantages.
The CBS process can also be used for brine salt vacuum production. The quality of the produced solid salt is higher than that of the clarification process. It can be used as high-quality edible salt or chlor-alkali salt.
What are the advantages of inorganic membrane brine refining (CBS process)?
Compared with the traditional process, the non-Dore sink bucket, sand filter, and cellulose pre-coated carbon tube filter eliminate the work of cleaning and pre-coating, while avoiding secondary pollution of silicon. Compared with organic polymer membranes, there is no pretreatment system, which removes pressurized dissolved gas and floats clarification processes and equipment, and also eliminates the addition of corrosive and harmful chemicals such as ferric chloride, reducing the system equipment and pipelines. Corrosion hazard, completely avoid secondary pollution of brine.
High-quality, high-strength inorganic ceramic tubular membrane, which is not affected by acids, alkalis, oxidants, etc., can work and filter at a working pressure of 1MPa for a long time. Extension and other phenomena, long life, service life can reach more than five years. The filtration pore diameter is less than 50nm, and the simple sieving principle can make the SS of the filtered brine less than 0.5ppm, which greatly reduces the load of the chelating resin tower and the pollution of the ion membrane.
Resistant to pollution
Adapt to high magnesium raw salt. Inorganic membrane has very good anti-pollution ability, and adopts “cross-flow” filtration method. It runs filtration under the state of high concentration of pollutants (5 ~ 10%), which is completely suitable for high-magnesium and high-organic raw materials, eliminating In the "terminal" filtration process, the filter membrane is not resistant to the defects of high magnesium and organic matter in the original salt, which reduces the quality requirements for the original salt and broadens the scope of salt selection.
Due to the short process, less equipment, simple process control and operation, the installation area and building area can be greatly reduced compared to other primary brine technologies. The newly built 200,000-ton project brine factory has a total of two floors with a size of 9m × 20m. The total area of the brine section can be reduced by 40-50%. This technology is easy to combine with traditional technology, and it is especially suitable for retrofitting old plants. It is extremely convenient to implement.
